Artelia is an independent engineering group designing and delivering sustainable projects for territorial development and ecological transition. With an international footprint, the group faces a major challenge: unifying its managerial identity across all geographies to create a shared culture—"One group, one culture." For Artelia, the goal was not just to train, but to permanently anchor its "Managerial Charter" and its 5 pillars (Care, Development, Cooperation, Motivation, Vision) into the daily lives of its teams.
The Team

The challenge: a traditional LMS model struggling to engage
The diagnosis from the Learning & Development team was clear: traditional "stop and learn" training was no longer working. The numbers spoke for themselves: only 28% of employees completed a non-mandatory course over a year via the existing LMS.
The barriers identified among managers were structural:
Lack of time: 40% of managers cited this as the main obstacle.
Lack of practice: 32% lamented the absence of concrete, real-world simulations.
Lack of personalization: 24% did not find the content relevant to their specific needs.
For Marie-Astrid Hug, Head of L&D at Artelia, it was necessary to move beyond the static LMS approach to create a true "learning in the flow of work" reflex.
The solution: Blify, bringing the Managerial Charter to life
Artelia chose Blify to transform Microsoft Teams into a massive engagement driver. The objective: restrict LMS content to technical and static aspects, and leverage Blify’s AI for everything related to behavioral practice and cultural anchoring.
The solution is directly built upon Artelia’s managerial culture to amplify and disseminate it. Concretely, Blify offers managers varied simulation formats (Role-plays, Digests, Quizzes, Podcasts) based on infinite scenarios.
The approach was progressive and agile:
Mid-2025: Launch of an initial pilot
Seamless Experience: Everything happens within Teams (Kick-off, exercises, feedback), with no new app to install
Personalization: The AI detects the optimal timing and contextualizes content according to the manager's profile.
The results: explosive and immediate engagement
From the very first weeks of the pilot, adoption was spectacular, radically transforming training habits at Artelia. While monthly usage of previous tools stagnated around 5%, weekly usage of Blify exceeded 40%.
91% satisfaction rate among managers using Blify
42% weekly engagement, far above industry benchmarks
9 out of 10 managers reporting they now feel more confident and serene in their daily roles
A foundation for the future
Building on this success, Artelia is preparing the next steps with ambition. Deployment across France is scheduled for late 2025 / early 2026, with the goal of expanding globally to reach all managers within the group.
Beyond managerial training, Artelia is already planning to test Blify on other strategic verticals such as Onboarding, Compliance, and Sales, confirming that the future of training is resolutely user-centric and integrated into the flow of work.
